摘要：本文通过介绍环境应力筛选的一般流程，对随机振动与温度循环过程中容易发生的故障模式进行了描述，并对相应故障模式进行了分析，探讨了产品在环境应力筛选中的排故方法。

Analysis of Failure Mode and Obviation Method for Environmental Stress Screening

Abstract:The paper presents common process of environment-stress screening, introduces and analyses some incidental failure modes which usually happening during random vibration and temperature circulars test. Obviation methods for these failures also are given in this paper.
