摘要：本文通過介紹環境應力篩選的一般流程，對隨機振動與溫度循環過程中容易發生的故障模式進行了描述，并對相應故障模式進行了分析，探討了產品在環境應力篩選中的排故方法。

Abstract:The paper presents common process of environment-stress screening, introduces and analyses some incidental failure modes which usually happening during random vibration and temperature circulars test. Obviation methods for these failures also are given in this paper.
